As part of the activities foreseen in the 2018 Work Programme, ENISA aims to procure the development of a good practice guide on the "Economics of Vulnerability Disclosure". The work to be carried out must be based on the previous ENISA's work on vulnerability disclosure from 2015 and other relevant publications. The overall goal of this tender is to provide an objective assessment on the current vulnerability disclosure landscape and its economics by taking into consideration the latest developments in the field.  The target audience for this report include all the key stakeholders impacted to some extent by a disclosed vulnerability, from normal consumers, companies, vendors, regulators to research & academia.
